Role Purpose	To ensure the accurate, complete and efficient processing of financial transactions including strict adherence to financial administration processes.
Requirements	Matric with AccountingDiploma in Financial Accounting would be an added advantageMinimum of 3 years relevant experienceComputer literature (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
Duties & Responsibilities	Process payment/Journal requests and Filing of documentsProcessing bank entries into application systemAssist in the preparation of cashbooksAssistance to the accounting functionActivate prospects to customers and issue invoices, credit notes, pro formats and quotesMaintaining contractual billing maintenanceAllocate contractual billing and submitting to stakeholdersAttend to client queries and vendor applicationsRun statements for stakeholders
