HEAD OF SALES AND MARKETING (EXECUTIVE LEVEL POSITION)

OVERVIEW:

The primary mandate of the Sales and Marketing department (“the department”) is to create an enhanced and positive experience for all of Ntiyiso Consulting’s potential clients and clients. This mandate is achieved by managing the journey of engagement (“customer journey”) with the organisation at each of Ntiyiso Consulting’s touch points, as measured by Ntiyiso Consulting’s marketing, branding (“desirability part of the business model”) and sales (“5Cs sales funnel”) efforts. The department aims to ensure a high-performing business development machinery that leads to sustained revenue growth. The department achieves this objective by leading all the strategic marketing and branding efforts of Ntiyiso Consulting and coordinating and supporting all the sales efforts. Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO), the Head of Sales and Marketing provides department leadership. It will work closely with the subsidiaries’ Managing Directors (MDs) to streamline the various value propositions of the organisation and identify target markets most suited to the value propositions. The Head of Sales and Marketing will also directly support the MDs on all the sales and after-sales activities. ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

OVERVIEW:

The Engagement Manager leads the day-to-day planning, execution and delivery of client projects whilst managing scope, quality, schedules and budgets, as well as guiding and developing individual team members. This role further ensures that applicable governance and compliance protocols are upheld in line with the PID (Project Initiation Documents) to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.


Overall, the Engagement Manager is responsible for managing clients’ expectations of projects, communicates effectively with clients, and applies effective problem-solving techniques and above all, anticipates and communicates project risks and find mitigations for them.

CONTACT CENTRE DEBT COLLECTION TEAM LEAD

OVERVIEW:

A Contact Centre Team Leader supervises the day-to-day delivery of the contact centre processes and services. The team provides a customer service experience for customers needing assistance regarding their municipality accounts in line with Ntiyiso Consulting’s operational excellence standards, procedural compliance and customer experience expectations. In addition, the Team Leader oversees the financial information analysis to make appropriate repayment agreements for customers with delinquent accounts. The main goal is to improve the cash position and reduce the debt book of the clients.

PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

OVERVIEW:

Primarily responsible for providing accurate and timely company records by supporting the business with project financial information. A results-driven, highly analytical, and confident individual to operate and improve our company’s financial performance and direct our accounting operations. Duties include identification, recording, valuation, accounting, reporting and timely capitalisation of investment projects, reconciling and reporting work in progress, and revaluation and verification activities. Implement finance standard operating procedures and provide asset register information for review. In addition, perform financial data analysis, monitor asset expenditure against approved budget, and ensure financial information accuracy. Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Senior Management Accountant.

The role requires high analytical thinking and numerical proficiency to provide accurate, reliable, and valuable financial records that fairly present the company’s financial affairs. Responsible for maintaining up-to-date and precise finance reporting and documents, aiding positive revenue and economic growth. Implement proper internal controls and uphold the company’s governance activities to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.— Independent self-starter who can function in a team-oriented environment and develop quickly. The role requires professional experience in data extraction, wrangling, analysis, visualisation, and reporting on complex data sets to draw conclusions from them to inform the decision-making process at a management level.

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

OVERVIEW:

Deliver value to the client by planning, executing, closing, and handover projects and managing a project/workstream end to end and identifying client improvement opportunities that have the potential to be converted into sales opportunities for Ntiyiso. Assist with developing the project charter, project plans, and project initiation document and develop solutions using established processes while contributing to client satisfaction—link clients’ business objectives to project delivery milestones.
