Key Responsibilities | • Assisting the Sourcing Co-ordinators in compiling the “new brief packs” • Co-ordination of outward and inward bound parcels • Recording the movements of all garments, swatches, artwork, colour submissions on the relevant (GIS) system Conveying garments to and from Departments for fit sessions • Ensuring the availability of garments for reviews/showing etc. • Constant liaison with vendors/buyers on day-to-day issues • Internal payment system activities/orders for local packaging General administration |
Qualifications and Experience | Qualification/s: • Minimum grade 12 Experience / Knowledge: • At least 2 to 3 years previous administration and clerical experience – ideally within a clothing retailer and/or importer • Computer literate (Excel,Word) |
Competencies | • Ability to work under pressure • High energy levels and self-motivator • Attention to detail • Strong team orientation • Good communication skills (written and verbal) |
