Sales Coordinator
Vacancy
Two Mountains is look for Sales Coordinators for Giyani, Phalaborwa, Burgersfort, Mkhuhlu, Vaal, Musina, Eshowe (KZN) on a permanent basis.
Purpose of the Job
Responsible for achieving area sales targets – planning, implementing, and directing the field sales agents’ activities in a designated area to achieve sales targets and meet the business objectives. To increase Two Mountains’ market penetration within the assigned area and region.
Key Outputs
Sales Execution:
- Responsible for supervising, monitoring, and ensuring that targets are met by field agents in catchment area.
- Manage performance of sales agents.
- Ensure all sales concluded for the day are correctly loaded and reported accurately.
- Compile Monthly sales and marketing activity plan for sales team.
- Submit daily/weekly sales stats to ASM.
- Motivate and inspire team members and ensure their efforts are being recognized.
- Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Identify new or potential business opportunities for Two Mountains business units i.e. Two Mountains Burial Services and Two Mountains Financial Services.
- Conduct product presentations to potential clients (Group schemes, Corporates, and individuals) on Two Mountains products.
- Draft sales plan and ensure Field Sales team adhere to it correctly.
- Ensures compliance to processes and procedures to minimize business risk.
- Always uphold TM company values and policies.
Marketing and Branding:
- Scan the market for new and old competitor activity.
- Identify opportunities for network distribution channel in the catchment area.
- Support Burial team through brand activations for funeral services.
Stakeholders Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., local communities, councillors, chieftaincy and other leaders in the community and Customer Experience) by meeting with them on a regular basis.
- Work together with Burial Services Branch Manager to prepare weekly funeral scheme.
- Ensure field agents are assigned to attend funeral services.
- Attend funerals for potential clients and distribution of marketing material.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12/ Matric Certificate.
- RE5 advantageous.
- 2 years sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Applicable experience of sales performance metrics and advantage.
- Previous experience working in a customer facing environment.
Technical Competencies/ Professional Expertise

- Well-developed oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

Junior Financial Accountant
Vacancy
Two Mountains is look for a Junior Financial Accountant for their Midrand office on a permanent basis.
Purpose of the Job
The role is responsible for delivery of the financial accounting and reporting for the three Two Mountains entities through management of self. Responsible for the timely preparation of accurate and complete financial accounts and maintenance of financial records over periods of 3 months to a year.
Key Outputs
- Delivery of accurate financial results within stipulated timelines for all areas of reporting (payroll, fixed assets, etc.)
- Contribution to successful completion of the Annual Financial Statements by the statutory deadlines
- Provision of inputs into the business planning/ budgeting and forecasting process according to organization’s goals
- Preparation of tax calculations and submissions for review to ensure compliance with SARS
- Completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations for review
- Preparation of monthly management reporting
- Perform variance and cost analysis
Minimum Qualifications:
- Relevant Finance Degree (Bcom)
Experience Required:
- 1 – 2 years working experience in similar role with financial accounting experience
Technical Competencies
- Financial Services/Insurance Industry experience is required

Claims Manager

Two Mountains is look for a Claims Manager for their Midrand office on a permanent basis.
Purpose of the Job
Lead, organize, and oversee the operations of the claims team to continually improve customer experience. Uphold the utmost standards of customer service, adhering to all company policies, including regulatory TCF (Treat Customer Fairly) principles, to achieve organizational goals effectively.
Key Outputs
- Oversee the entire claims process from initial notification to settlement or resolution. This involves assessing the validity of claims, investigating them thoroughly, and making decisions on their outcome.
- Lead and supervise a team of claims assessors. Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure effective handling of claims and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all claims are processed in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on changes in regulations and make necessary adjustments to claim procedures.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear communication and timely updates on claim status.
- Analyse claim data and trends to identify potential risks and areas for improvement in claims handling processes. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and reduce claim costs.
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all claim-related activities, including investigations, communications, and settlement agreements. Generate reports on claim metrics, trends, and performance indicators for management review.
- Identify and investigate suspicious claims for possible fraud or misrepresentation. Work closely with fraud detection units and legal teams to prevent fraudulent activities and minimize financial losses.

Administration / Office Support:
- Compile and report the reviews to key internal stakeholders.
- Provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance to the team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Related qualification and/or Certificates in Insurance.
- Proven experience in risk and claims assessment.
- RE1 & RE5 qualifications
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 8 years in the Life Insurance Industry.
- 5 years’ experience in life insurance claims assessor role.
- FAIS – Long Term.
- Project and budget planning an advantage.
- Business report writing skills.
- Computer proficiency to work effectively with certain assessment tools or software.
- PowerPoint preparation and presentations skills.
