• manage all tasks of service preparation, including set up, function sheet requirements, promotion specs, menus, wine lists and operating equipment
• implement environmental, hygiene and safety measures as required by the company’s policies and regulations
• fulfil service requirements promptly and with a positive approach
• receive payments with correct preparation of bills and point of sale management
• actively participate in a working environment in which staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent
• work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4); good numeracy, verbal
and written English skills (NQF 4); at least two to three years’ experience in a minimum 4
star environment.

• work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Grade 12 (NQF 4); good numeracy skills,
verbal and written English skills (NQF 4); at least one year’s experience in a similar type
minimum 4 star environment.

• promptly receive and direct calls to relevant personnel
• answer callers’ requests for information about the complex accurately and professionally
• manage equipment and identify problems proactively to avoid downtime
• maintain a calm and confident composure when under pressure
• work as a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric including verbal and written
English skills (NQF 4), computer literacy (Word, Excel and Outlook) and at least six to
twelve months’ experience in a similar field in a minimum 4 star environment.

CHEF DE PARTIE

Our successful Chefs de Partie

• ensure preparation is thorough before opening for orders
• maintain the company’s quality standards and systems, and follow directions provided by senior Chefs and Management
• manage the well equipped kitchen, strictly adhering to all health and safety regulations and reporting equipment breakages promptly
• produce menus and food of a high international standard
• be an active member of the competent and motivated kitchen team
• work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), a qualified chef,
great organisation skills, energy and drive to get the job done, and a minimum of
three years’ experience in a similar position in a 4 star environment.
