RESPONSIBILITIES 
Keep the Occupational Safety and Health program updated and ensure its compliance.
Maintain contact with Governmental Organizations: Sernageomin, Seremi, Labor Inspection, Mutual Funds; to attend to and comply with applicable legal regulations (statistics, joint committee minutes, accident reports, and others), when appropriate.
Enforce and control compliance with current legal regulations: DS-132, DS-594, Law 16.744, and related others; also ensure and promote compliance with internal procedures, standards, regulations, and the Safety, Health, Quality, and Environmental policy.

Advise the administration and line management on legal matters concerning Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment; and ensure that workers comply with internal Order, Hygiene, and Safety regulations during the development of their on-site activities.
Issue a monthly report on Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality Management to the Risk Prevention and Quality Management and the Contract Administrator with the respective data analyses.
Ensure that the procedures and records defined on-site are aligned with Fraser Alexander’s quality and occupational health management system.
Control the maintenance of the organization’s management systems, which must be updated, available, legible, and orderly regarding their processes, procedures, and documentation (legal provisions and within the framework of policies, processes, procedures, standards, and guidelines, both corporate and site-specific).
Understand, apply, and correctly control the client’s internal regulations (control strategies, leadership, RECSS among others).
Diagnose training needs related to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment.
Actively generate and participate in incident and accident investigations to determine all types of causes (direct and indirect) aimed at establishing corrective measures to avoid their repetition and issue the corresponding reports.
