The Data & AI Capability Lead is a pivotal leadership role within Global Analytics. As an advocate for analytics capability building, this role is instrumental in empowering HEINEKENs workforce to interpret, comprehend, produce, and convey data and analytics insights as vital business information. Through a dedicated focus internal and external communication, upskilling and enhancing data literacy, the Data & AI Capability Lead ensures that our company not only understands but also optimally leverages the power of analytics in decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analytics Capability Building:
- Design and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive analytics upskilling program, catering to different levels of the organization, from executives to the broader workforce.
- Spearhead data literacy programs to ensure a consistent increase in workforce proficiency in analytics and its business applications.
- Strategic Communication:
- Develop and maintain communication strategies to promote our in-house analytics products, team accomplishments, analytics updates, market trends, and more.
- Utilize various internal channels such as workplace and newsletters, as well as external mediums like LinkedIn and conferences to share information and position the company as a thought leader in the analytics space.
- Analytics Maturity Enhancement:
- Create, implement, and manage a robust analytics maturity assessment tool and a corresponding action plan embedded in the analytics capability frameowkr to increase analytics maturity of OpCos, Regions and Global
- Establish a clear analytics maturity baseline and effectively communicate this to management teams, ensuring that functions within OpCos, Regions and Global understand and strive for higher maturity levels.
- AI Capability Knowledge Exchange
- Design, develop, and manage a comprehensive platform that facilitates knowledge exchange and collaboration in AI across the organization.
- Create and establish a robust framework for capturing, organizing, and distributing AI-related knowledge and best practices across the organization.
- Develop and enforce standards for documentation, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance of AI knowledge assets.
- Implement governance structures to manage knowledge lifecycle, including creation, review, update, and archival processes.
Education and Experience:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in (digital & analytics) transformation, communication, consulting or a related field, with substantial experience in a leadership role focused on transformation.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing analytics capability building programs and data literacy initiatives across large organizations.
- Extensive experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.

- Proven track record in driving organizational transformation through analytics and data-driven initiatives.
- Strong experience in developing and implementing comprehensive upskilling and capability building programs.
- Expertise in creating and managing frameworks to assess and enhance analytics maturity at various organizational levels.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and insights to diverse audiences, including senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and executing communication strategies to promote analytics initiatives and foster a data-driven culture.

Process Automation Analyst

The Robotic Process Automation Analyst/Developer functions on an automation team and will leverage one’s analytical and technical skills to help identify, analyse, develop, and maintain automation solutions. You are a strong team player who will share a common objective with the Robotics and Automation team: to deliver high-value, quality automation solutions to Heineken Beverages.
Key Responsibilites:
- Participate in the identification of processes that are suitable for automation.
- Participate in deep-dive workshops to understand business processes.
- Translate process definitions into automation designs and ensure architectural alignment.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions according to Heineken standards.
- Collaborate closely with the solutions architect and automation analyst to produce quality automation solutions.
- Complete the necessary automation documentation in collaboration with the team, according to Heineken Beverages standards.
- Perform peer code assessments and knowledge transfer.
- Perform hypercare on deployed solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support automation solutions in the production environment, as part of hypercare.
- Effect changes to solutions and documentation, as the business functions require.
- Support and participate in the deployment of automation modules and related software.
- Be a key contributor to the Community of Practice.
- Continue to participate in training to enhance and develop technical and personal skills.
Education and Experience:
- 3+ Years of experience in analysing and developing automation solutions
- 3+ years of experience with the UiPath toolset
- Implementation experience with Azure Power Automate
- Experience with .NET, HTML, Javascript and advanced automation tools (IDP, AI/ML, Cognitive solutions, etc.).
- Experience with development languages such as Python will be advantageous.
- Experience with reporting and dashboarding technologies such as PowerBI will be advantageous.
- Experience with databases and database tools such as Azure Data Studio.
- Experience with DevOps in Azure or other environments.
- Experience with systems development life cycle and structured programming methods (both traditional and agile), including requirements definition, solution design, program development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support, and maintenance.
- Experience working with third-party service providers.
- Experience working with Robotic Process Automation tools.
- An understanding and interest in Intelligent Automation and AI/ML.
- The ability to work well with business users, analysts, developers, architects, vendors, and end users in cross-functional teams.
- A logical and creative thinker who can break down business problems into tasks
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills; you can communicate effectively and build relationships with end users, peers, management, and third parties.
- The ability to prioritize, schedule, and complete development and testing required for multiple applications with overlapping schedules.
