What you will bring
- 2-3 years in a long-term insurance complaint management environment
- In-depth knowledge of policy administration and claims processes
- Root cause and trend analysis methods and processes
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce / Law
- RE5 (ideal)
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank systems (Ideal)
- Knowledge of long-term insurance regulatory environment (FAIS, PPR, FSCA, LTI Act, etc.)
