Purpose Statement
The Payments team oversees all payment products, including both Card and Electronic Payments. This encompasses the entire payments landscape, covering systems, processing, and business aspects.
Within this framework, the Payments Data Strategy team is dedicated to managing all data-related activities. Our focus areas include data strategy, forecasting and predictive modeling, insights and business analysis, as well as monitoring and reporting.
By utilizing data analysis and visualization tools, the Business Intelligence Analyst will generate actionable business insights that drive tangible value for the organization. This roles involves influencing and supporting the organization in making data-driven decisions that enhance performance, optimize operations, and drive growth.

About the role
To support the Product Head in producing the best product; optimising the product through directing the building and development of the product throughout its life cycle, partnering and collaborating with the Software Development Manager and teams around the sequence/priority in which to build and develop the product.
What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for driving the delivery of a product team and implement the strategy. You will work closely with Business Engineers, Business Analysts, Product Heads and Software Development manager to formulate a clear vision of the business processes/system environment requirements. You will map out the roadmap to achieve the tactical goals within a realistic timeframe.
Minimum Requirements:
- A completed tertiary qualification.
- At least 8 years’ management experience; senior level product development or product manager/owner.
- 5+ years’ experience managing, developing and delivering a product previously
