The key purpose provide an efficient and quality Administrative Support Service to Regional Office Marketing and Corporate Affairs
Key roles and responsibilities:
Compose and prepare correspondences, reports and memorandums,
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates.
Maintain good filing systems for smooth data retrieving.
Arrange meetings/conferences and other related tasks.
Budget targets met and preparation of Monthly Management reports
Purchasing and assuring all promotional items are as per Company standards.
Convey, coordinate, supervise, pursue and follow up on the instructions by the respective management staff within
Regional office.
To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the respective
management staff within Central Region
Liaisons with internal departments and stakeholders
Able to do multi-task, prioritize work and meet tight schedules
Compile SAP reports
Accurate Stock control of Merchandising
Creating FBI’s
Processing of supplier orders and invoices in SAP & adherence to strict PTP process
Key Competencies:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a ‘virtual’ environment (Based in one location with stakeholders located regionally and nationally)
The position requires credibility, persuasiveness and tenacity
Detailed-oriented, well-organized, courteous, conscientious, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency in
completing the tasks assigned.
Self-motivated with a high level of integrity.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and reporting skills.
Good working attitude, mature personality, team player and able to work under a minimum supervision
Problem solving skills.
Computer literate (SAP and MS Office – Advanced excel skills will be advantageous)
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum Of Grade 12
Secretarial qualification (Diploma) will be advantageous
Secretarial experience (3 years)
Knowledge of SAB’s products and packs
