FUNDS ADMINISTRATION CLERK (PROCESSING) CAPE TOWN OFFICE
Purpose of the Job
To perform all clerical duties as per processes, procedures and standards in Funds
Administration of the NBCRFLI and in terms of the Pay outs section
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process of all monthly employer contributions according to the main collective
agreement. - Process special returns, cases and invoices
- Ensure invoices and refunds are authorized by the Supervisor
- Issuing and cancellation of invoices
- Attending to stake holder queries
- Manual capturing of special returns
- Month end balancing and Financial Year End balancing
- First and final checking of error logs
- Perform other tasks as and when assigned by the Supervisor.
REMUNERATION GRADE: B4
Job Requirements and Knowledge:
- Computer knowledge MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Timeous processing and calculation on applications received
- Ability to capture and finalize timeous payments
- Filing of all documentation and ensure that information is easily retrievable from the files.
- Sense of urgency to follow up on outstanding requests
- Resolve employer and employee queries
- Perform ad hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric Qualifications with Mathematics and/or Accounting
- A Diploma or a Higher certificate in Accountancy, in Finance and Business Management
will be added as an advantage - Computer literacy and good typing skills
- Knowledge of filing of documents and administration as well as record keeping
experience - 6 months to 1 year’s intensive experience in a financial environment e.g. bank
processing and insurance funds processing, will be an advantage

LITIGATION ADMINISTRATOR GAUTENG REGION (TEMPORARY FIXED TERM)
Job Purpose: To administer and process the files referred by the Arbitration section
in order to contribute to the smooth and efficient conduct of litigation, within legal
time frames and avoid debt prescription.
Job Objectives:
- Administration and processing of case files and litigation documents within the
stipulated timeframes for those who haven’t complied with the arbitration
orders. - Prepare and Administer section 143 applications and writs of executions.
- Liaise and Administer section 143 documents in conjunction with the CCMA or
Labour court, where applicable. - Referring writs of execution that are signed to the Sheriff’s office for execution
of cases. - Monitor and administer Sheriffs returns or communication to ensure efficient
execution of writs and turn around times to finalize the cases. - Liaise with attorneys/ labour consultants and employers explaining the
procedure to settle claims and provide summary of all outstanding cases upon
request. - Providing an effective and efficient service to walk in clients on progress of their
cases that are at the litigation department. - Providing documents to Funds Administration for processing of payments.
- Ensuring that all correspondence is timeously attended to.
- Keep statistics and records of all cases still in progress at various levels of
litigation. - Ensuring that all the cases that have been finalized and closed are
systematically filed working with Document Management administration. - Prepare and submit monthly stats report to the immediate Supervisor on all
activities, challenges, and cases for the month. - General Office Administration including stationary control and filing.
- Manage allocated resources efficiently.
