Job Purpose
Perform activities associated with inspecting the cleanliness and condition, reporting

respect of transportation requirements in order to ensure an acceptable standard of service is
made available contributing to customer satisfaction.

Attends opening/ closure of the complex and controls entry/ exit of persons to/from the complex.
Conducts general and/or routine building safely inspections and attends to reports of

Checks on Contractor conformance with procedure and progress with activities (cleaning, maintenance, service contracts or other general works).
Updates activity related information on system records and completes forms/ documentation (e.g. requisitions, inspection checklists, timesheets).

Job Purpose
Co-ordinates sequences associated with the determination of client needs, monitoring

Contractor payment claims prior to certifying progress/final payments.
