Job Purpose

• Assumes responsibility for the administration of vehicle pound by arranging inspections with
  SAPS, Customs, and Department of Transport and submits the recorded list of inspections of
  vehicles to the Administration Officer.
• Removes vehicles from the vehicle pound to the relevant sections for disposal by towing
  them.
• Assumes responsibility for overall maintenance of the vehicle pound, for contracted security
  guards and for investigating any misconduct at vehicle pounds.
