Duties & Responsibilities Administration and Document Control
Coordinate learners on/off the job training
Update all information as and when required based on training completed
Update, coordinate and maintain/revise/give input in learning content for Business Unit (BU)
Schedule induction and skills programmes
Conduct functional audits and quality checks on documentation
Prepare and complete reports and minutes and analysis
File documentation for audit purpose
Budget and Cost Control
Recommend and incorporate cost saving initiatives into budgets and control expenditure within approved parameters

Customer, Stakeholder and Client Relationship Management
Maintain trusted partnerships between Training Officers, Line Management, contractor supervisors and other services departments
Adhere to service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction

Register, capture, update, control and maintain data and other related systems requirements
Provide information, conduct required analysis and research when required for accurate correspondence

Manage SAP CO, SD, PP and MM support functions
Coordinate monthly cost and consumption reporting.
