Purpose of the Job
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of retail banking systems, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

System Architecture: Design and maintain retail banking system architectures, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
System Integration: Oversee integration of retail banking systems with core banking, payment gateways, and other relevant systems.
Functional Development: Lead development of retail banking system functionalities, such as account opening, deposits, loans, and payments.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure thorough testing and quality assurance of retail banking systems.
Maintenance and Support: Provide level 3 support for retail banking systems, resolving complex technical issues.
Compliance and Risk: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of retail banking system professionals.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Certified Information Systems Professional (CISP). Certified Associate in Banking Technology (CABT). Certified Professional in Banking Technology (CPBT)

Years of experience:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail banking technology. Proven track record of leading retail banking system implementations. Expertise in core banking systems and retail banking software

Knowledge and understanding of:

Core banking systems (e.g., Finacle, T24)
Retail banking software (e.g., FIS)
Programming languages (e.g., Java, Python)
Database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server)
API design and implementation
Cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Agile development methodologies

Attributes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team management
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Change management and adaptability
Business acumen and understanding of retail banking operations

Purpose of the Job
Responsible for developing and implementing Postbank IT security strategy, overseeing security measures to prevent cyberattacks, and managing incident response.

Job Responsibilities

Information Security Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies and programs to protect Postbank’s information assets.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks to Postbank
Compliance: Ensure compliance with Postbank Information Security and Cyber Security policies, relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as PCI-DSS.
Security Awareness: Develop and implement security awareness programmes to educate employees on information security best practices.
Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures to respond to security incidents.
Security Architecture: Design and implement secure architectures for systems, networks, and applications.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure they comply with Postbank’s information security policies and procedures.
Security Operations Center (SOC) Operations: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the SOC, ensuring timely
and effective detection, response, and remediation of security incidents.
Threat Detection: Analyse and interpret security event logs, network traffic, and system data to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
Security Monitoring: Monitor security event logs, network traffic, and system data to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
Reporting: Provide regular reporting and metrics to stakeholders on SOC performance, security incidents, and threat intelligence.
Training: Develop and deliver training programs for SOC analysts and other stakeholders on security best practices, threat intelligence, and incident response
Encryption keys: When authorised to do so, provide overall management of encryption keys, including key generation, distribution, storage, and revocation

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM.

Years of experience:

10+ years of experience in information security, including experience in security leadership roles, 10+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, or threat intelligence.
Banking industry experience, ability to build and maintain relations with banking regulators (FIC, PASA, Bankserv)

Knowledge and understanding of:
Security Frameworks: Knowledge of security frameworks, such as Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and COBIT.
Security Technologies: Experience with security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies. Cloud Security: Knowledge of cloud security platforms, such as AWS Security Hub, Google Cloud Security Command Center, or Microsoft Azure Security Center. Identity and Access Management: Experience with identity and access management
systems, such as Active Directory. Security Information and Event Management (SIEM): Experience with SIEM systems, such as Splunk. Penetration Testing: Knowledge of penetration testing methodologies and tools, such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, or Nmap.

Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR): Knowledge of SOAR platforms, such as Phantom, Demisto, or IBM Resilient. Threat Intelligence: Knowledge of threat intelligence platforms, such as ThreatConnect, Anomali, or IBM X-Force. Incident Response: Experience with incident response frameworks, such as SANS Incident Response. Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR): Knowledge of SOAR platforms, such as Phantom, Demisto, or IBM Resilient. Networking: Knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP. Operating Systems: Experience with operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, or macOS

Purpose of the Job
Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Postbank’s technology systems, infrastructure, and processes

Job Responsibilities

Technology Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bank’s technology systems, including infrastructure,
applications, and data centers.
System Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance and support of technology systems, including upgrades, patches, and
troubleshooting.
Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption to
banking services.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, including cybersecurity threats, data breaches, and system
failures.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring,
and issue resolution.
Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage the IT Operations budget, including cost allocation, forecasting, and optimisation.
Talent Management: Lead and develop a team of technology professionals, including recruitment, training, and performance
management.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP): Certification in information security, including security management, risk management, and incident response. Certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL): Certification in IT service management, including service
strategy, service design, and service transition. Certified Scrum Master (CSM): Certification in agile project management, including Scrum framework, roles, and ceremonies.

Years of experience:

10+ years of experience in technology management, including experience in banking or financial services. 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, including experience managing teams and budgets.
Banking industry experience, ability to build and maintain relations with banking regulators (FIC, PASA, Bankserv)

Knowledge and understanding of:
Technology Infrastructure: Knowledge of technology infrastructure, including data centers, networks, and cloud computing.
Application Management: Experience with application management, including development, testing, and deployment.
