SYSTEM TESTER

Key responsibilities:

Testing systems: plan, design, and execute detailed test cases to ensure the reliability, functionality, and performance of

Bug identification: detect, document, and track software defects to resolution, collaborating closely with developers and

Quality assurance: ensure all systems meet established quality standards and specifications before deployment.
Process improvement: contribute to refining testing methodologies and frameworks to enhance system efficiency.
Reporting: compile comprehensive test reports, including findings, recommendations, and metrics for improvement.

Minimum requirements:

Matric certificate with 60%+ in at least two of the following subjects: IT, Mathematics, or Accounting.
At least 1 year experience as a system developer.
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
A B-degree in IT, Accounting, or Auditing will be advantageous.
One year or more experience as a system tester, QA tester, or in a related role would be advantageous

Process mapping: develop and maintain process diagrams and system descriptions using ARIS.
