Job Purpose
Sales executive is responsible for helping build up the business by identifying new business prospects and selling solutions to them. They must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients.
Requirements
Experience and Qualifications Required
* Grade 12 / Matric.
* Experience in Sales of Office Automation, Network, Software, Access Control, CCTV and VoIP infrastructure will be an advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities
Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
Make telephone calls and in-person visits to prospective customers including presentations.
Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective customers according to company standards.
Analyse the territory/market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the company.
Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment for the territory/segment.
Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Maintain and update CRM Tool with diary entries, prospect sheets, quotes, lost order sheet, sales activity sheets and keep a proper pipeline / Report accurately on sales activities on CRM Tool.
Develop and maintain existing base.
Ensure all contracts and other documentation are completed correctly and all the required documentation is submitted to the sales coordinator to process the deals.
Achieve 100% of monthly / annual sales targets.
Achieve growth and account penetration within the assigned territory and market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
Manage accurate forecast commitments and pipeline as well as develop new prospects.
Cross-sell all lines of business to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

Fully computer literate.
Excellent telephonic and face to face customer skills.
Presentable.
Excellent presentation, planning and organizational skills.

Completed matric (matric certificate required).
Proven track record of success in a similar role with a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development and sale Formal recommendations will be beneficial.
2-3Years’ Experience in Office Automation, Software, Access Control, Alternative Energy, CCTV and Voice and Data.
Duties & Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses to understand their business needs and position Nashua products/services as the solution.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Compile and deliver detailed sales proposals.
Presenting and demonstrating products and services.
Project accurate forecast, prospects and report on accurate customer requirements.
Ensure all relevant process documents are accurate and completed.
Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
Maintain and update the CRM platform daily.
Learning and improving sales skills and knowledge.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry and technological trends.
Complete required and additional training in order to have product knowledge.
Complying with company policies and regulations.
Tasksperformed by the salesrepresentative includebut are notlimited to:
Travelling will be required to identify and reach out to potential clients during visits and direct customer engagement.
Managing customer relationships.
Administration relevant to the sales cycle and daily operations.
Investigate and validate reports.
Compile accurate report on daily operations.
Support and collaborate with other departments.
Customer queries and complaints.
Sales Product and service presentations and negotiations.
