management. This entry-level position is designed for young, ambitious individuals looking to build a
solid foundation in the agricultural industry. As part of our team, you’ll not only supervise and
participate in the intake and dispatch of grain, but also learn the intricate details of grading,
administration, fumigation, food safety, and much more. Under the guidance of experienced silo
managers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring effective operations while developing the skills needed to
advance in your career – potentially growing into a grader or even a silo manager.

You will gain experience as well as hands-on and formal training in:

  • Supervising and partaking in the intake and dispatch processes of grain, including the
    grading thereof.
  • Supporting the silo manager with the following functions:
  • administration;
  • fumigation;
  • food safety;
  • personnel matters;
  • risk management;
  • customer satisfaction; and
  • maintenance of property, vehicles and grounds.

But that’s not all – this position also offers you the opportunity to advance your skills through
