POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Compiling and analysing reports and providing management with analytical data such as traffic and toll violation trends for inclusion in the Mobile Operations reports. Ensure the most productive and effective use of the Mobile Operations fleet. Strive to minimize vehicle abuse by thoroughly monitoring all vehicle tracking reports and reporting thereon.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Logistics, SCM, Operations Management or Business Management
5 years related experience in fleet management or mobile operations.
At least 3 years experience in a supervisory role.
Must be in possession of a valid C08 driver license
ADVANTAGEOUS:
Valid certificate in Health and Safety Incident Investigation
Valid certificate in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA)
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge and experience in Fleet Management
Knowledge and experience of Health and Safety Incident Investigation and HIRA
Proficiency in MS Excel Advanced and MS PowerPoint
Previous experience in drafting policies, procedures, and work instructions

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY:
Operational
MPU BO System Monitoring Management of the Fleet (MPS, MPVs, Trailers, TMT Vehicles)
Liaison between Dalpark and Depots regarding fleet matters.
Analyse fuel usage and implement measures to reduce fuel costs,
Accident/Damage and Theft Investigation relating to fleet and equipment,
Strive to minimise vehicle abuse by monitoring all vehicle tracking reports and reporting thereof to Management.
Internal and External Client Liaison
Reporting
Enforcement Operations Analysis
Support Services to law enforcement.
Key Service Areas
Perform vehicles inspections on a bi-weekly basis at the depots.
Ensure vehicle licensing is performed on an annual basis for the Mobile Operations fleet.
Coordinate the movement of MPSs/Trailers for roadworthiness on an annual basis
Investigate all accident, damages and missing equipment, compile reports in this regard for Management and provide recommendations,
Ensure that MPS, Trailers, MPVs accidents and damages are reported to ETC Insurance within 48 hours (submit all relevant documentation)
Monitoring of driver behaviors on Ctrack and escalate to the line management
Analyse DWH system data, processes and interfaces to provide traffic or toll violation information for reporting purposes and strategic planning
Present analysis of the areas of interest (AOI) at Joint Operational Command (JOC) meetings and other forums as required by the Project
Provide information that will assist in Mobile Operations working in conjunction with GDCS in terms of planning and strategizing for mobile enforcement operations,
Document specifications for business intelligence or information technology reports, dashboards, or other outputs
Strategize with GDCS Management on planning and strategizing enforcement operations
Reporting
Compile the weekly fleet utilization performance report using Ctrack system and daily reports (MPV Status Report / MPS Status Report)
Record keeping of all Mobile Operation vehicles including their location, maintenance records and fuel usage,
Maintain statistical reports, records related to maintenance, repairs, depreciation and mileage of the fleet.
Produce high quality, accurate and detailed reports that meet the requirements set by the Client or Management
Collate and extract data from various sources to produce daily routine reports and schedules on a daily basis
Compiling of the Monthly GORT and Entity Report
