Job Description
SPCC stores has an opportunity available for 2 X P40 shop assistants. The main purpose of this job is to provide excellent customer service by ensuring that the hospitability drivers are in place and thereby optimizing sales.

Qualifications
Grade 12/Equivalent

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
· Grade 12/Equivalent · 1 – 2 years retail experience · Computer literate · Communication skills – fluent in English (any other language would be beneficial)

Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so. Visual Merchandising & Housekeeping Inventory Management (Stock Management) Ensure store equipment is secured and accounted for Maintenance of health & safety environment for customers and The Crew Understand store daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Produce a store specific action plan to minimise stock loss
