KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Planning, Building Services as well as Maintenance of municipal properties. - Advise ED: SEDP on strategic spatial trends and patterns, risk and general governance matters
- Responsible for implementation and review of Spatial Development Framework (SDF), Land Use Management System (LUMS), By-Laws and
