PurposeTo provide strategic payroll leadership and direction, ensuring the delivery of accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services across the organization.The Payroll Manager oversees end-to-end payroll operations, ensures compliance with legislation and company policy, provides payroll insights to management, and partners with HR, Finance, and external providers to enhance employee experience and business decision-making.Principal Accountabilities

Specific Responsibilities
· Reconcile payroll and ensure accurate submission of remuneration lists and EFT files to Finance.
· Drive the salary and bonus review process, including preparation of payroll upload schedules, generation of reports, statistics, graphs, and cost analysis.
· Provide input into remuneration strategy, ensuring payroll insights inform HR policy and business direction.
· Manage expatriate packages, tax obligations, and benefits administration.
· Collaborate with IT/IS to maintain secure payroll systems and filing protocols.
