Specialised Administrator

MacRobert Attorneys is looking for a Specialised Administrator in the Financial Recoveries Department of our Pretoria Branch.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have admin experience in a Call Centre environment
• Excellent numerical and excel skills is a must
• Able to multitask and acute attention to details
• Good communication skills to assist with client communications
• Experience with assisting with Call Centre queries
• Knowledge of Excalibur
• Provide support to Call Centre agents
• Must be able to prepare accurate and detailed excel reports

Litigation Secretary

MacRobert Attorneys is looking for a Litigation Secretary in the Corporate/Tax Department of our Pretoria Branch.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a legal attorney/firm with an understanding of a legal practice and knowledge of general legal processes (action and application proceedings)
• Be able to type, draft and proofread correspondence and define and prepare legal documents
• Experience in dictaphone typing will be an advantage
• Be able to prepare large bundles of documentation (photocopying and scanning)
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to work under pressure and reporting to more than one attorney at a time
• Be able to attend to invoicing and arranging payment of invoices
• Able to reconcile accounts and identify invoices not paid
• Strong computer skills and able to competently work on Excel and Word
• Good communication and administrative skills, including the ability to sort and file documents in chronological order
• Mature, hardworking, self-motivated, professional and deadline driven
• Accurate and meticulous in all respects
• Must have own reliable transport
