Duties :

  • HAST: Clinical leadership of the HAST program at Helen Joseph Tertiary Hospital, including managing complex resistant cases, improving noncommunicable disease management in HIV and TB patients. Supervision of medical officers and interns working in the HAST program, and coordination of the hospitals overall strategic response to HIV, TB and STI’s. Develop, implement, and monitor HAST work plans, ensuring adherence to national guidelines. Conduct clinical audits, morbidity/mortality reviews, and quality improvement initiatives for HAST indicators. Liaise with district management teams, NGOs and community structures where required. Contributing towards sub-specialist services at Helen Joseph Tertiary Hospital for both inpatient and outpatient services. Play a senior role in the management of infectious diseases inpatient and outpatients at Helen Joseph Tertiary Hospital, including leading clinical ward rounds and training fellows. Involvement in infection prevention, control, and antimicrobial stewardship activities within the hospital. Contributing substantially to research output for the division. General Medicine: As a consultant, the candidate will be responsible for the clinical management of general medical patients within any of the general medicine units at Helen Joseph Tertiary Hospital. The incumbent will be required to lead operational and academic ward rounds including post-intake, follow-up, and teaching rounds. Requirements :

  • AET Level 4 (standard 7 or Grade 9 to Grade 12) with a minimum of six months’ appropriate cleaning experience. The candidate should be initiative, have problem solving skills, good interpersonal relations and sound communication skills. Honest and reliable. Ability to cope with physical demands of the position. Be able to work in a team. Knowledge of Pharmacy an advantage. Sound communication skills (both verbal and written).

Duties :

  • Keep all areas clean including walls, floors, shelves, rooms, desks etc. Empty bins, dust and wash shelves. Sweep and wash floors. Defrost and clean fridges. Work according to schedule. Complete cleaning log sheet. Perform all duties as per Standard operating procedures. Report and prompt Supervisors to order cleaning equipment and material. Report any broken cleaning equipment. Perform any other duties delegated by the Supervisor/Manager.

Duties :

  • Collect, deliver and distribute mail, documents and related documents. Transporting furniture to and from Institutions, collection of old assets from different Institutions as requested and deliver at redundant asset store Transporting of medication and other stock as per request. Transport staff/students to meetings, workshops and training as per requests. Taking vehicles to and collecting from Merchants and assisting transport when requested to.
