National Revenue Manager (Gauteng, Centurion)

ANEW Hotels & Resorts are looking for a National Revenue Manager to drive the total revenue performance by setting and executing decisive pricing, yielding, and commercial strategies that maximise profitability, accelerate growth, and unlock long-term value across a diverse and expanding portfolio.

This isn’t a desk job where you watch numbers go by. You’ll shape how we price our rooms. You’ll decide when to push rates higher and when to fill beds. You’ll build a TEAM that thinks the same way. You’ll open new ways for guests to find us and book with us. 

Most importantly, you’ll drive revenue across our entire portfolio. Every single day.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. Someone who digs into data and finds answers. Someone who stays calm when things get chaotic.

This role reports directly to the Commercial Director.

The successful candidate will be based in Gauteng, Centurion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a Revenue Support TEAM that services a growing number of hotel & resort properties.
  • Set Room Rates across all properties.
  • Build pricing strategies that balance occupancy and rate to maximise profit.
  • Develop a yielding strategy per property, across all market segments.
  • A Pro-active approach to rate management based on customer segment, demand, seasons, and events.
  • Support the Sales TEAM with customer/data insights.
  • Analyse market data and competitive pricing.
  • Maximise market opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ Years in a Revenue Manager role.
  • Advanced revenue management expertise
  • Strong systems knowledge (PMS, CRS, GDS).
    • Experience with Opera Cloud, advantageous.
  • Experience with IDEAS, advantageous.
  • Strategic planning and analysis

ANEW Hotels & Resorts Support Office are looking for a HR Intern to Support Learning and Development initiatives while gaining practical experience in course development, training delivery, and leveraging AI tools to enhance learning experiences across ANEW properties.

The successful candidate will be based in Gauteng, Centurion.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Assist with training program design and implementation
  • Support employee development initiatives
  • Coordinate training schedules and logistics
  • Monitor training completion and effectiveness
  • Assist with skills assessment processes

Course Development

  • Create training materials and resources
  • Develop e-learning content and modules
  • Design course curricula and learning pathways
  • Update and maintain existing training content
  • Support instructional design projects

AI Tools & Learning Technology

  • Utilize AI tools for course content creation
  • Develop interactive learning experiences
  • Support learning management system administration
  • Create automated learning assessments
  • Research emerging learning technologies

Administrative Support

  • Maintain training records and databases
  • Prepare L&D reports and analytics
  • Coordinate with department heads on training needs
  • Support compliance training initiatives
  • Assist with learning resource management
