Sales Coordinator and Support to BDO

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and helping drive business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience and Skills Required

  • Minimum Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
  • Communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans
  • MS Office and Excel Skills
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in providing sales support and administration function
  • Initiative-taking, perform under pressure and work well independently.
  • Ability to multi-task. Prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Must be willing to work overtime when required.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.

Key Duties & responsibilities

  • Drawing up of contracts digitally and supply the sales team with required documents.
  • Complete credit applications for vetting.
  • Assist with application submissions to Finance houses.
  • Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Upload pricelists on a weekly basis.
  • Register new sales staff on Nashua sales platforms.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Assist in planning and organizing sales meetings, events, and campaigns.
  • Train and onboard new sales staff.
  • Manage Sales Vehicle bookings, services, cleanliness and monthly checks.
  • Assist with Social Media content uploading and in-house content creator.
  • Ordering of Business Cards, stationery and necessary material for Sales staff.
  • Assist and support BDO with ad hoc sales administration duties.

Skills and Attributes

  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong time management.
  • Act as the liaison between sales reps, clients, and other departments to ensure accurate order processing, scheduling and high customer satisfaction.

Working Conditions

Working hours are 08h00 to 16h30, Monday to Friday
Customer visitations as and when required

Field Service Engineer

A vacancy exists at Nashua (Pty) Ltd for a Field Service Engineer based in Breedevallei (Worcester – Western Cape), reporting to the Service controller/management.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Installation, Technical support and maintenance of all Nashua equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Grade 12
  • Valid driver’s license
  • COMPTIA A+, N+
  • 3 Years’ experience in technical knowledge on Nashua workspace solutions
  • Ricoh, Lexmark, Epson and HP products
  • PABX, 3CX, Yeastar ,
  • Office 365, integration and support
  • Ubiquity experience advantage

Duties & Responsibilities

Job will consist of below responsibility, not only and can differ from time to time.

  • The repair and preventative maintenance of all machines assigned to the field service engineer via the Work Wide service logging system.
  • The correct procedures are to be followed when receiving the call, and when logging the call off.
  • Tool cases, cleaning materials and vacuum cleaners to be of company standards and policy.
  • To have a vehicle, maintained and serviced to enable the service engineer to perform his job.
  • Constant communication with service managers when field problems occur, and they are unable to immediately resolve them.
  • All service calls to be accurately logged off on Work Wide or via the service controllers telephonically.
  • All business kilometers traveled to be logged off on the Work Wide service system and to be documented in a logbook and supplied to the relevant line manager for reimbursement.
  • Notification to relevant managers if you are sick or cannot report on duties.
  • Communication with customers regarding problems reported and informing customers of any parts needed to be replaced.
  • The service engineers will be expected to self-study for internet based training and other training as laid down by management.
  • To perform any reasonable assignment when requested to do so by management.
  • Assist all other departments with reasonable queries.

Skills and Attributes

Applicants need to have a good understanding on above field, but extra training will be provided where necessary.

  • Presentable
  • Willing to work in a team and under pressure
  • Self-driven, motivated and can take initiative on problem solving,
  • The ability to work calmy under pressure
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Being able to prioritize tasks and manage schedules and deadlines

Working Conditions

Working hours will be from Mondays to Friday 08h00 – 16h30

  • Must be willing to work over time when required

A vacancy exists at Nashua (Pty) Ltd for a Junior Field Service Engineer reporting to the Technical Manager. This position is based in Kimberley.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The purpose of this position is to repair and service all Nashua products in the franchise area.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Grade 12/Matric.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, proactive, self-starter and neat.
  • Experience with MS office.
  • At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in this field / experience for longer will be advantageous.
  • Must be able to work within the framework of deadlines and be able to complete task within these time constraints.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To service, install and repair Nashua’s office automation equipment in the field.
  • Keep service call-out records up to date by completing all service calls.
  • To keep the technical manager informed on problems relating to your job, either technical or customer, and to maintain an awareness of the customer’s needs.
  • Take responsibility for all stock allocated to the field engineer.
  • To complete all necessary paperwork relating to your job and to ensure that it is presented in a decent manner and on time.
  • Must be open and willing to be cross trained over all technical lines of business to promote better productivity and to provide assistance if needed.

Skills and Attributes

  • Prepared to work overtime, attend training sessions over weekends from time to time as well as meetings as and when required.
  • Must always have a roadworthy/reliable vehicle as well as a valid drivers’ licence to perform duties in the field.
  • Punctual, honest, hardworking, loyal and dedicated to client service.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as on your own.
