KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: • Manages and controls the professional, technical and
operational outcomes with respect core water and sanitation service delivery related
infrastructure projects by developing Water Demand Management strategy and policies to
assess infrastructure requirements and reduce water loss through formation of Technical
Steering Committee • to ensure the activities, projects and assignments associated with
the Section are monitored, deviations addressed and corrective measures introduced
