Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa requires the services of a Distribution Team Leader, reporting to the Distribution Manager. The Distribution Team Leader will be required to coordinate the activities and staff of the delivery trucks to ensure the on-time and safe delivery of products to our customers and the return of empties from the trade.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Complete delivery schedules • Tracking of vehicles on satellite tracking system • Plan & manage routes • Manage budget • Manage assets • Supervise staff • Ensure drivers adhere to delivery schedule • SHEQ and good supply chain practice compliance • Monthly reports • Weekly Kronos Updates • Performance management of staff.
Skills, Experience & Education
Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics / Transport Economics/ Distribution or related • At least three (3) years relevant experience in distribution environment preferably in the Fast- Moving-Consumer-Goods-Business • Excellent Communication, Supervisory, Planning, Judgment and Organizing abilities required • Customer service orientated • Kronos experience will be an added advantage.
General
Written & oral ability of English (Proficiency in an indigenous language will be an added advantage).
Code BE driver’s license.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Key Purpose:
To provide people with an opportunity to enroll for a NATIONAL CERTIFICATE: BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION SERVICES (NQF 3) with the Food and Beverages SETA. This position is specifically allocated to accommodate people who have disabilities. They will enter into a fixed term contract for the duration of 12 months with the region and will complete a Learnership programme comprising of a blend of formal training and structured work experience supported by coaching and mentorships.

Learners will complete the National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging, NQF Level 3 Learnership.
