As a Senior Mobile Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing top-tier marketing strategies across Apple Search Ads and Mobile AdNetworks in your assigned markets to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for selected brands. You will manage substantial budgets and collaborate with digital marketing teams within the Digital Marketing department to identify customer acquisition opportunities in the digital advertising space.

This role offers the opportunity to grow and develop within an in-house center of excellence and a dynamic, expanding media department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Mobile App Advertising, preferably from a Media Agency and performance-driven environment. Resilience, self-motivation, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement are key to success in this position.

What you’ll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Mobile App Advertising campaigns across multiple products (Casino, Sportsbook, and Poker) in designated markets, mostly focusing on new players’ Acquisition.
  • Set up, manage, optimize, and report on Mobile App Advertising campaigns, including advertising campaigns on approved third-party apps, Apple Search Ads and Mobile AdNetworks.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Mobile App Advertising to define and execute strategies across all brands and markets.
  • Mentor Mobile App Advertising Specialists and contribute to their professional growth.
  • Focus on key KPIs such as new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and cost per acquisition, optimizing campaigns accordingly.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, including Country Specialists, local Digital Marketing Specialists, and other teams beyond digital advertising.
  • Conduct post-campaign performance analysis and evaluation.
  • Provide regular performance reports to key stakeholders (weekly, monthly, quarterly), including participation in Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

  • Minimum 2 years of Mobile App Advertising experience, ideally in a performance-driven environment focusing on CPA and ROI;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Experienced using an MMP (i.e. Appsflyer);
  • Experienced working with app campaigns across all digital channels;
  • Experienced using AI tools, e.g. Chat GPT;
  • Worked towards acquisition KPIs, such as CPA and ROAS;
  • Proficient in third-party analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics;
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

  • Understanding of online marketing technical aspects (e.g., tracking, analytics tools);
  • Experience in the Gaming/iGaming industry;
  • Degree in marketing or related online qualification.

  • Ability to convey concepts, analysis, and insights to technical as well as non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders and peers
  • Ability to analyse large amounts of data quickly and accurately 
  • Ability to manage a challenging workload, whilst working quickly and precisely under pressure.

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve
It would be great if you also have some of the following skills: 

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
  • Proficient in Excel or other data analysis tools
  • Experience with other BI tools such as Alteryx, and others
  • Experience using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud tool set for campaign reporting (e-mail/push) & extracting data via API
  • Experience of using Google Analytics for reporting and analysis (including BigQuery)
  • Experience with big data analytics tools example: spark or Databricks/Elastic search etc. 
  • Experience of working in a similar industry
