- Data Insights & Analysis:

Requirements
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Business degree with Analytical/Commercial subjects (e.g.Computer Sc., Maths, Eng.)
- Minimum 5 years analyst experience, preferably in a marketing agency/digital agency with a focus on delivering customer insights in order to change customer behaviour.
- Retail experience will be an advantage
- Technical Skills:
- Big Query SQL, Python, or R
- Above average computer literacy (MS Office, Excel (Advanced), Google Workspace)
- Data visualisation tools (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of statistics & data modelling
- Knowledge of Data cleaning and enrichment
- Knowledge and understanding of POPIA

Requirements
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

- Extensive experience (e.g. manufacturing and pattern making experience) across Babies, Kids, Ladies and Mens footwear will be an advantage
- Indepth knowledge of patterns, LASTs, outsole moulds and fitting
- Knowledge and understanding of the retail cycle, will be an advantage
- Knowledge and understanding of production lines
