·attend to internal customer requests for support, manage the resolution and
incident reports
·conduct daily IT operations including thorough handover between shifts and
accurate documentation
·ensure system availability and backups through diligent and timeous
maintenance
·work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards
consistently and accurately.

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), IT related
qualification (A+, N+, MCSE, IT diploma/degree), verbal and written English skills
(NQF 4), numeracy skills (NQF 4) and at least one year ‘s experience in a similar
position.

·ensure the casino staff maintain excellent personal service levels for guests
· manage the gaming floor and equipment, including security aspects
· manage all aspects of gaming finances, profitability and forecasts with insight
and accuracy
·demonstrate strong inspirational leadership, administrative and
organisational abilities in managing the team of gaming staff.

If you have these qualifications, join our team: A recognised formal related
qualification; extensive background in all areas of gaming management with
special emphasis in either finance, law or human resources and some knowledge
and experience in all three of these areas; able to efficiently and effectively
manage the operation and employees through subordinate managers and
supervisor.
