Artisan Auto Electrician

Requirements

  • Trade test: Auto electrician
  • Code C1 driver’s licence and valid PrDP
  • One (1) to two (2) years’ experience required
  • Must be physically fit and able-bodied.

Key Performance Areas

  • Ensure effective and efficient vehicles and plant auto
    electrical repairs and maintenance
  • Diagnose and/or test vehicles and plant electrical systems
    and component defects
  • Attend to vehicles and plant/breakdown repairs
  • Manage activities and procedures associated with electrical
    feet operational functions
  • Monitor personnel and tasks.

SALARY
Basic Salary: R349932.00 p.a.

Emergency Communicator

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 6 months – 1 year’s contact or call centre experience
  • Computer Literacy- Ms Office applications with accurate
    Keyboard skills (25 wpm)
  • Understanding of emergency communications centre
    operations and systems.
  • Good interpersonal , communication and public relations skills
  • No criminal record
  • Must be able to work shifts including night.
  • Must be available to work weekends.
    Special conditions:
  • Dealing with individuals exposed in high stress situations.
    -May be required to travel to different geographical locations.

Key Performance Areas

  • Ensuring the operational status of the emergency communication
    workstation and ancillary equipment in order to ensure the
    technical status and standard of the centre is maintained to effect
    service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing staff development and training in order to
    ensure the operational status and standard of the centre is
    maintained and personnel development initiatives are
    implemented and /or completed
  • Maintain databases, records and registers in order to ensure
    administrative sequences dictating reporting requirements and
    approval procedures are complied with and correspondence
    responded to through the provision of accurate information on
    the activities of the Centre.
  • Apply specialised knowledge when receiving, evaluating,
    capturing and disseminating non-routine emergency and general
    service communication by gathering information to establish the
    nature of the incident (e.g. emergency, non- emergency or
    complaint).
  • Create and update incident report information on
    Specialised emergency response applications/systems
  • Initiate and participate in internal and external communication
    processes in order to ensure information, advice or opinions on ant matters, communicated through various mediums, is
  • accurately interpreted through the provision of adequate and
  • clear explanation and facts.

SALARY
Basic Salary: R 211 435 p.a

Intern – ERP Analyst (2 Year Internship) – 2 Posts SAP HR – Tale

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Relevant 3 Year Tertiary Qualification
  • Minimum 0.5-1 years’ relevant experience within an IT
    environment

Key Performance Areas

  • Gather, research, interpret and analyse business
    requirements, and recommend solutions within an ERP
    module
  • Research, interpret, consider, recommend and deliver
    solutions for business and functional requirements within
    an ERP module at a basic level
  • Implement projects or portions of projects by conducting
    basic project management tasks
  • Maintain and develop skills in project objectives, professional
    skills and understand ERP modules and system capabilities
  • Assist with and participate in obtaining business requirements,
    data collation and prepare progress reports to ensure
    ongoing commitment to managing stakeholder relationships
  • Assist with supporting users with system queries

R395945.00 – R494913.00 p.a.

Professional Officer – Capital Budgets

Requirements

  • B.Com degree, financial qualification
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience preferably in a budget analytical
    environment
  • Self-motivated and resourceful
  • Experience in analysing large amounts of data and creating
    concise reports.
  • Knowledge of SAP or an ERP environment is advantageous
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, V-look up)
  • High-end analytical and numeric skills.
  • Proficiency in the English language both written and verbal.

Key Performance Areas

  • Providing support to the immediate supervisor in respect of
    the preparation and compilation of the annual Corporate
    Capital Budget, multi-year Capital Budget and Adjustments
    Budgets
  • Affecting budgetary amendments on the SAP system during
    the course of the financial year, to provide reliable,
    accurate and timeous financial information to ensure the
    integrity of the capital budget
  • Reviewing, analysing and constructing a proposal in support
    of policy review to comply with statutory, legislative and
    internal requirements to ensure effective and efficient
    internal monitoring and control of budgetary related
    processes.
  • Communicating with fellow professionals as well as internal
    and external clients in a customer centric manner in order
    to work on issues of common interest and/ or to share
    information
  • Drafting e-mails to give information and resolve queries or
    problems.

Wayleave Officer

Requirements

  • A relevant degree in Commerce/ HR/ Business Management
    or Engineering or Built Environment field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Professional registration with a relevant professional body is
    is advantageous
  • Desirable experience: process and project management,
    construction planning, agreement drafting, property and
    asset management, financial administration, data
    management and visualisation, and public sector
    regulations (Wayleaves).
  • Computer proficiency in SAP, ESRI, Oracle, MS Projects/
    Primavera P6 and MS Office
  • A valid driver’s license.

Key Performance Areas

  • Provide Wayleave coordination and administrative support
  • Manage applicant expectations and minimise complaints
  • Monitor the performance of the line departments according
    to the SLAs and escalate to the wayleave manager when
    required
  • Identify bottlenecks in all wayleave administrative functions,
    wayleave application and permit reviews
  • Ensure the appropriate terms and conditions are included in
    Wayleave SLAs
  • Undertake dispute resolution in relation to Wayleave
    applications/permits or compliance with SLAs
  • Risk advisory services
  • Stakeholder engagement

SALARY
R 1 020 311 – R 1 384 300 p.a
