Ensure prompt resolutions to problems in particular minimize sewer spillages and improved treatment of sewage
Ensure that the WWTW operate efficiently and the final effluent complies with standards set by the applicable legislation

Ensure that fixed assets are maintained (regular maintenance is done)
Ensure effective utilisation of resources and cost efficient operations of the WWTW and pumpstations

Property Valuation Management: Supply overall or interim property valuation data to accountants for system updates; review, sign, and
approve valuation certificates and rate clearance certificates before issuance to applicants, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and
accurate records on the municipal account system
Revenue & Debtor Control: Reconcile debtor accounts and ensure accurate billing, approve adjustments and oversee penalty runs, maintain
