Job Summary
The Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring the financial health of the organisation, and providing strategic guidance to senior management. This role involves managing financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance functions, working capital, process optimisation, internal controls, pricing strategies, and production cost monitoring to optimise financial performance.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling to assess risks and opportunities
  • Prepare and present financial forecasts and reports to senior management
  • Assist the Finance Executive and lead the annual budgeting process with input from department heads
  • Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis with recommendations
  • Revise forecasts to reflect changing business conditions
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Oversee financial report consolidation across business units
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operations
  • Develop cash flow forecasts and optimise working capital
  • Monitor receivables, payables, and inventory to improve cash cycles
  • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulations
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits
  • Manage capital expenditure projects in line with strategic goals
  • Monitor ROI and performance of key investments
  • Develop and manage competitive, profit-focused pricing strategies
  • Ensure pricing accuracy and maintain pricing controls
  • Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures to monitor organisational expenditure
  • Analyse operational and overhead costs to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Professional certification (CA(SA))
  • 5 – 7 years’ experience in a financial management role
  • Extensive knowledge of financial management principles and practices
  • Understanding of the industry and its financial dynamics
  • Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance standards and risk management
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and ability to influence decision making
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) (advantageous)
  • Valid Driver’s License (Code 08)
  • Willing to travel

Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end coordination of promotional activities, sponsorships, corporate branding, and events to ensure brand consistency and impactful stakeholder engagement. It involves effective collaboration across divisions to enhance TWK’s brand visibility and ensure meaningful representation of its products and services. Key responsibilities include overseeing marketing budgets, managing supplier relationships, leading a dynamic team, ensuring BEE compliance, and representing the company at corporate and sponsored events.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage quotations, orders, invoicing, and payments for promotional items, corporate gifts, and branded materials.
  • Ensure all branding aligns with TWK’s Corporate Identity and reflects current promotional trends.
  • Plan and manage corporate events, and activations, including budgeting, venue booking, décor, catering, and team coordination.
  • Oversee the setup, allocation, inspection, and distribution of marketing materials for events.
  • Facilitate collaboration across TWK divisions to ensure cohesive execution of events and sponsorships.
  • Administer sponsorship applications, logistics, payments, and promotional item distribution.
  • Represent TWK professionally at corporate and sponsored events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Supervise and support the Marketing Officer and Marketing Clerk, including managing schedules and task allocation.
  • Promote a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
  • Coordinate Social and Economic Development (SED) initiatives and ensure accurate administrative reporting.
  • Ensure BEE compliance through effective use of BEE 123 and adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive brand exposure and meaningful representation of TWK’s products and services.

 
Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
  • 5 years’ in marketing operations, promotions, sponsorships, or event management
  • Experience in branding coordination, invoicing, and marketing logistics
  • Knowledge of procurement, supplier management, and budgeting
  • Excellent skills in event planning, stakeholder engagement, and sponsorship negotiation
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Experience in BEE123
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of branding and promotional material development
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for branding and design

Job Summary

The Corporate Client Relations Officer will actively visit clients, to understand their experiences with TWK, identify challenges, and provide solutions. This role will also support customer education, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and contribute to business growth through effective lead generation and service excellence.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customers across the group, including regular on-site visits to understand their needs firsthand
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Ensure a customer-first approach across all divisions, focusing on client satisfaction and retention
  • Manage the resolution of customer complaints quickly and effectively, taking proactive steps to prevent recurring issues
  • Monitor service delivery standards to ensure consistency across the TWK group
  • Plan and implement service improvement initiatives based on insights gathered directly from client interactions
  • Serve as a communication channel between customers and internal departments, ensuring client needs are effectively represented

Qualifications and Skills

Job Summary
This role involves managing all customer transactions accurately and efficiently. The position is responsible for processing payments, handling cash, greeting customers, and issuing correct receipts and change. The successful candidate will also maintain a clean and orderly checkout area and assist with general store duties, including stocking shelves, pricing items, and conducting stock takes.

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Bag, box, wrap merchandise and prepare packages for shipment
  • Compute and record transactions
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
  • Sort, count and wrap notes and coins
  • Establish or identify prices of goods and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers or optical scanners
  • Greet customers entering establishments
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
  • Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions
  • Receive payment by cash or card
  • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas

Job Summary
This role involves supporting the claims process through efficient administrative and clerical duties. The Claims Clerk is responsible for preparing, issuing, and dispatching insurance claims, as well as coordinating payments.

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • General administrative duties
  • Prepare, issue, and send out insurance claims, arrange for payments on insurance claims
  • Regularly capture required information on internal systems, record and update customer claims
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
  • Prepare claim reports 


Qualifications and Skills 

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in short term insurance
  • RE5 certificate (advantageous)
  • Computer literate
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deadline driven, good organising and planning skills
