Duties :

  • Manage and facilitate the provision of job evaluation process, implementation of coordinated and OSD posts. Ensure the receipt, prioritisation and allocation of job evaluation requests. Ensure that cases that have been approved for Job Evaluation have been filled accordingly with correct documentation. Manage the development and maintenance of job descriptions in the Department. Manage and ensure continuous review of job description Guidelines and Template. Provide advocacy on the implementation of job description Guidelines and Template. Oversee the facilitation, compilation and implementation of job descriptions up to the output profile. Manage and facilitate the development and review of the service delivery model and business process mapping. Provide advice and guidance on the development and implementation of business process improvement, policies and procedures manual. Ensure improvement of a business process, for every structural change that impacts functions of a Business Unit. Ensure the provision of business process improvement aimed at achieving the departmental strategic and service delivery objectives. Manage and facilitate organizational review and redesign process. Manage the development, review, alignment, and implementation of organisational structure in line with the DPSA Organisational Design Guideline. Manage the collation and analysis of relevant information on organizational and establishment defects and needs through the use of research methodologies. Manage and monitor the development and implementation of Human Resource Strategy Plan. Develop and implement human resources planning strategies and policies. Monitor the implementation of a human resources strategy. Manage the development and updating of the human resources plan. Manage resources (Human/ Finance/Equipment/ Assets).

• Matric/ Grade 12 plus Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Financial Management or relevant field as recognized by SAQA?
• Do you have a 5 years’ relevant experience in Financial Management of which 3 years must be at a Supervisory Level (Assistant Director level) in Financial Accounting?
