Depot Manager (JHB East Rand)

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree/National Diploma in Management or Business Administration or equivalent qualification

  • Ensure minimum stock level is kept at all times. Update list every 3 months & quantities with TA’s.
  • Detailed recon of rework per product. Must be split per product group, mash and pellets to go back to Eloff factory for rework
  • Optimum utilization of bag offline & reduce downtime.
  • Manage the optimum utilization of delivery vehicles.
  • Manage waste generation and stock losses.
  • Do job observations per activity & change if need be.
  • Overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with and maintaining health and safety standards in line with legislative requirements and company policy.
  • Manage employee key performance areas, identify training and development requirements, and ensure fair disciplinary action to address deviations.
