Requirements
Qualifications:
Matric
Certificate in Deceased Estate Administration would be an advantage
Experience:
At least 2 years experience in the administration of Estates;
Legal Ease experience;
General experience in dealing with Estate Administration, including reporting of estates, placing of advertisements, dealing with assets, beneficiaries etc., preparing files for L&D Accounts, obtaining filing slip;

We are looking for an IT Administrator to manage our company’s IT systems and provide technical support to employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, networking, cybersecurity, and IT best practices. The IT Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain all company IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
– Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues
– Monitor and maintain system security, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and access controls
– Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our IT systems

• Candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in a legal firm with an understanding of a legal practice and knowledge of general legal processes (action and application proceedings)
• Paralegal qualification will be an advantage
• Be able to type, draft and proofread correspondence and define and prepare legal documents
• Experience in dictaphone typing will be an advantage

Our Financial Recoveries Department in our Pretoria office is looking for a experienced Senior VAF Legal Secretary. If you have strong legal secretarial experience in the Vehicle Finance legal industry, this is for you.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology, as well as excellent communication and time management skills. They must also demonstrate professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
Responsibilities:
1. Assistance to Lawyers:
– Provide comprehensive administrative support to lawyers during all stages of the litigation process.
– Prepare, revise, and format legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
– Format and proofread legal correspondence, agreements, and other documents.
– Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all relevant documents and correspondence are properly filed and easy to access.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, coordinate and direct training and educational activities at management, professional and supervisory levels.
- Consult with Managers to determine training needs and schedule arrangements, training policies and procedures.
- Research, select and organize training courses; procure test books, manuals and other training materials and equipment.
- Conduct training sessions and obtain the services and assistance of training specialists when courses and training procedures are of a specialized or advanced nature.
- Develops, writes and coordinates training manuals working with specialists for specific details. The training manuals should include: course content, visual charts, videotapes, slides, etc. Types initial and/or final drafts of manuals.
- Schedules training sessions within individual training programs ensuring facility setup, audio-visual setup and employee notification.
- Conduct continuous research studies on new course materials and training procedures to develop and improve existing training data and methods.
- Participate in analysis studies with managers to evaluate and determine the effectiveness of the training programs.
