Reporting to the Senior Manager: Dealer Sales, this position will focus primarily on sales planning and performance of passenger models. This position forms part of the Sales & Marketing Group and is based in Johannesburg:
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Sales & Process Monitoring: Monitor & identify areas for improvement in Dealer Sales activities, processes and performance. Conceptualization, implementation and management of countermeasures to clearly address factors affecting passenger sales. Formulation and establishment of management information.
- Sales Activity Planning: Continuous Kaizen & PDCA by developing viable countermeasures and initiate implementation there-of. Countermeasures to clearly address factors affecting sales. Development of tracking information to measure key outcomes including maximising stock utlisation for TSAM and dealers
- Implement Sales Activities: Execute planned activities including guidance to regional office staff and dealers. Responsibility for all systems, documents, communication, implementation and related roll-out activities.
- Review and Analysis: Analyze results, by segment / sub-segment , by region, by dealer, by customer profiles, by process, determine efficiency of each and develop redevelop corrective measures (PDCA). Identification and implementation of required adjustments by means of accurate information and quick feedback.
- Projects: Investigate and propose structural change to enhance dealer and customer support of passenger products
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- NQF Level 6 – (360 credits – 8 level framework ) BCom /related
- Preferably 4 years relevant experience within the vehicle sales and dealer related environment
- Experience / exposure in marketing, sales and dealer business environment
- PC Literacy (MS Office package – advanced, SAP, e-Toyota, Knowledge of Autostats system essential)

A vacancy exists in the Fleet Sales Department, which forms part of the Sales & Dealer Network Division and is based in Johannesburg. This position will focus on SMME North Region fleet sales and related business development.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Establish and increase the dealer fleet market share within the region.
- Support dealers to develop a clearly defined process to effectively maximise full-service leasing to fleet SMME customers.
- Development of a fleet strategy with dealers to support SMME growth.
- Manage forecasts, targets, and dealer stock pipeline.
- Build and retain relationships with fleet customers.
- Drive adoption of digital tools to provide a value offering.
- Cross functional collaboration with strategic teams to provide alignment across the fleet strategy and ensure implementation.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- NQF Level 6 – (360 credits – 8 level framework) BCom /related
- Experience / exposure in marketing, sales, and dealer business environment (min 2-5 years)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Millwright
- NTC3 Electrical/Mechanical, Maths, Eng Science or Technical Matric with Maths (Pure Maths), Engineering Science, Electrical Trade Theory or Mechanical Trade Theory, Technical Drawing, Graphical Design.
- Workshop experience in the trade related discipline (advantageous).
Auto Electrician
- NTC3 Auto Electrical Trade Theory or Technical Matric with Maths (Pure Maths), Eng. Science, Auto Electrical Trade Theory, Technical Drawing/ Graphical Design.
- Workshop experience in the trade related discipline (advantageous).
Fitter & Turner
- NTC3 Mechanical Trade Theory, Maths, Eng. Science, or Technical Matric with Maths (Pure Maths), Eng. Science, Mechanical Trade Theory, Technical Drawing/ Graphical Design.
- Workshop experience in the trade related discipline (advantageous).
