- Implement work instructions for receiving, labeling, storing, shipping and value add services as required using warehouse best practices
- Responsible for ensuring all warehouse activities are in compliance with the health and safety act
- Maximize the storage capacity of the warehouse through the proper management of the product at receipt and during storage
- Hire, train, reward, discipline employees
- Ensure stock rotation and management of stock
- Ensure safety is a number one consideration on the warehouse floor and with drivers
- Ensure that the cold chain is maintained
- Administrative duties including scheduling, time cards, maintaining materials inventory and other duties as needed

- Basic numeracy and literacy
