Icebolethu Group is calling for suitable candidates to apply for the permanent position of Human Resources Development Officer within the Group Human Resources Department. The position will be based at our office located in Durban; the successful candidate will be required to perform tasks supporting Human Resources department.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications
• A relevant bachelor’s degree in human resources NQF 7 or equivalent.
Experience and Knowledge required.
• 3- 5 years of relevant experience within training and development experience.
• Must be accredited for below courses:
o Office Supervisor Qualifications
o Cook / Chef Qualifications
o Mortician Qualifications
Skills and Competencies required.
• Good interpersonal skills with strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Display initiative, be a team player whilst being able to work independently on projects.
• Critical thinking and Problem-solving skills.
• Good Data Analysis and interpretation skills.
• PC Literacy at advanced level (MS – PowerPoint/ Excel/ Word).
Key Performance Areas:
• Planning learning events, programs and training solutions for customers and subject matter experts aligned to needs.
• Developing standard and customised training content and material, as well as considering skills development priorities, structures and framework requirements.
• Facilitating and delivering functional learning/ training interventions using a variety of methodologies, for a varied target audience.
• Designing integrated assessments/ evaluations for learning programs to assess program effectiveness and impact.
• Guiding and supporting learners by identifying learners needs, analysing problems, providing advice and support to learners, evaluating performance – to ensure that learners obtain the necessary skills, qualifications, and competencies.
• Delivery of fundamental skills training including standardized work, on the job assessments, Multi skilling, problem solving.
• Ability to conceptualise and develop new learning methodologies using new learning tools.
• Consult with all levels of Management and Employees in various departments on the implementation, understanding and application of training interventions, processes, and development initiatives in support of Icebolethu Group goals.

The position will be based at our office located in Durban; the successful candidate will be required to perform tasks supportingHuman Resources department.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant NQF 7 or higher qualification in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related field.
• Skills Development Facilitator accreditation (highly advantageous)
• Valid, unendorsed driver’s license and ability to travel to various regions when required
Experience and Knowledge required.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a Skills Development or Training role
• Experience in conducting Skills Audit
• Experience in Employment Equity Report
• Budgeting
• Extensive knowledge of SETA processes, Skills Development Act, B-BBEE Skills Development compliance
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and training-related platforms
• Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently, use initiative, and meet deadlines under pressure

To manage and expand the FSP portfolio in the area for all intermediary product lines through direct interaction and online channels in a cost-effective and profitable manner.
To successfully co-create, support, and carry out intermediary initiatives to co-create value in the regional portfolio.
Minimum Qualifications
• 4 Year Degree (BCom Honors, Business Science, Marketing, Business Development)
• Minimum 7 years related experience.

• To support the deliberate implementation of strategic objectives, develop and frame regional sales specific KPIs and performance measures across business practices, service standards, and quality outputs.
• Manage and monitor financial elements through effective budgetary management, variance and exception reporting.
• Implement practices, and activities as these relate to regional sales to leverage internal organisation capability as appropriate for enhanced sales, service delivery and virtual/face to face relationships cheaper, faster and better.
• Maintain persistent focus of regional sales plan.
