Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Include:

Process & SOP Management

Maintain, update, and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within 48 hours of operational changes.
Facilitate weekly SOP reviews and ensure version control is accurate and auditable.
Provide ongoing training support on revised SOPs to ensure team alignment and compliance.
Operational Standardisation & Compliance

Conduct weekly compliance checks across departments to ensure alignment with SOPs and eliminate process deviations.
Perform at least five spot-checks weekly to monitor adherence and address non-conformance within 48 hours.
Change Management & System Efficiency

Support rollouts of change initiatives by managing documentation, team communication, readiness tracking, and Go-Live support.
Assist in identifying system inefficiencies and contribute to enhancement projects and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Submit monthly improvement ideas and provide feedback on test results and system bugs.
Project Participation & Support

Actively participate in continuous improvement projects, both large and small, each quarter.
Track project timelines, support documentation, report on impact, and ensure effective follow-through on action items.
New DC Setups & Deployments

Assist in the launch of new distribution centres by uploading WMS master data, coordinating SOP rollouts, and supporting on-site Go-Live activities.
Review prior deployments to assess success, capture lessons learned, and recommend enhancements.
Auditing, Quality Control & Data Analysis

Conduct quality control spot checks on inbound and outbound goods weekly.
Draft and audit at least two DC processes per month and identify risk areas with actionable recommendations.
Analyse operational data (e.g., sales orders, audit exceptions) to extract trends, identify inefficiencies, and support decision-making with meaningful reports.
CI Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

Submit weekly CI initiative reports, highlighting progress, risks, and critical blockers.
Attend CI and DC operational meetings, compile minutes, track follow-up actions, and ensure accountability.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Identify at least two improvement opportunities per quarter and drive implementation of impactful solutions.
Gather frontline feedback and benchmark best-in-class practices to guide enhancements.

Supplier Liaison & Pricing

Invoicing & Reconciliation

Prepare and submit detailed invoices for internal deduction or supplier payments.

Team Supervision
