We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Specialist (x3) to join our team to be based in Umhlanga, KZN.
This role is crucial in leveraging the power of Artificial Intelligence and automation tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and create innovative solutions for various departments at Hollywoodbets.

As an AI Automation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge technologies, bridging the gap between traditional development and the rapidly evolving landscape of AI and automation. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for automation, designing and developing intelligent automation solutions, and ensuring their successful deployment and maintenance.
This role requires a hybrid skillset, combining traditional development knowledge with expertise in no-code/low-code platforms and AI technologies.

You Bring:
• Strong understanding of automation principles and best practices.
• All MS365 Applications, ChatGPT and other third-party Ai tools
• Proficiency in at least one no-code/low-code automation platform such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar.
• Solid understanding of API integrations and webhook concepts.
• Experience with prompt engineering and leveraging large language models (LLMs) for business applications.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and their automation capabilities.

A Bonus To Have:
• Basic understanding of traditional programming concepts, ideally with exposure to Python and programming assistants like GitHub Copilot .
• Familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as Langchain.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis.

What You’ll Do For The Brand:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, operations) to define AI requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Identify and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for AI-powered automation.
• Design and develop end-to-end automation workflows using a combination of no-code/low-code platforms and custom code where necessary.
• Utilize AI models and prompt engineering techniques to create intelligent automation solutions for tasks such as data analysis, customer interactions, and predictive analytics.
• Integrate AI models and automation workflows with various business applications and data sources using APIs and webhooks.
• Build and deploy solutions using platforms such as MS365 Power Automate, Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Relevance AI and others.
• Potentially utilize traditional programming languages like Python and relevant AI/ML libraries such as Langchain for more complex or custom solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom API integrations and webhook solutions to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Build and deploy intelligent chatbots and GPT’s.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the delivered solutions meet their requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, automation technologies, and relevant tools.
• Support Ai implementation initiatives.

• Train teams on effective usage of AI tools to maximize productivity

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing trends and operations and providing statistical information to the business. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and completing accurate records of the iBranch business unit and will be required to provide support to the relevant reports.

• Create and verify financial reports.
• Analyse trends and patterns.

• Manage revenue reporting throughout the iBranch platform.
• Manage revenue and GGR reporting through both platforms of the business being iBranch and Retail.
• Drive the business needs within the sportsbook, casino and slots among other platforms within the business.
• Work closely with other iBranch functions such as Mobile department, internet betting, internet /Mobile Helpline, Telephonic Betting Call Centre and Retail, in order to understand the dependencies that exist between departments.
• Identify and allocate expenses of the iBranch and Retail business into various regions.
• Analyse betting patterns, variances and resolve discrepancies.
• Customer retention reporting.
• Team performance management reporting.
• Daily/weekly/monthly management reporting.
• Any other ad hoc duties that might be required.
