- PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- Adheres to stores operating procedures, to achieve efficiency in the store. These would include scheduling, receiving, storage, issuing and materials handling processes
- Agrees on stock take schedules with supervisor
- Agrees standard delivery schedules with the supervisor
- Assist with binning and stalking of material
- Assist with queries and action discrepancies
- Complete audit documentation and findings report
- Complies with applicable safety regulations, and NOSA operating practices
- Conducts physical stock counts
- Ensures Delta system integrity
- Ensures effective and accurate issuing of material from stock – including picking, packing, staging and notification of customers
- Keeps records accurately, to ensure integrity of administration systems at the stores
- Liaises with customers on urgent and emergency orders
- Operates all equipment and vehicles safely and responsibly
- Verifies quality, condition, and correctness of measure of all material received directly from suppliers and from another store
- WORK OF ROLE
- Agrees standard delivery schedules with the supervisor
- Liaises with customers on urgent and emergency orders
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12
- N6 in Financial Management / Business Management / Management Assistant
- EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 6 – 12 months experience within a materials management environment in a large operation, utilizing supply chain management system
- KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Valid driver’s license
- Relevant Materials Handling Equipment licence
- Fully trained and experienced to accept responsibility after a three-month Induction programme

- PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- The Employee Benefits Coordinator is responsible for controlling and supervising the payroll administration team for the operation, to the prescribed standards to ensure that employees are paid correctly and timeously.
- WORK OF ROLE
- Comply to HDSA legislation within department, adherence to all safety rules on visits and on site
- Create jobs as per customer request – link planned compensation
- Ensure the adherence to process and service standards for the effective governance within area of responsibility
- Identify risks and implement actions to mitigate/eliminate all risks
- Manage the non-paid contractor’s data management function
- Participate in the resolution and management of issues and incidents, and ensure rollout of actions plans and quality controls resulting from incident reviews
- Responsible for coordinating and controlling of the fulfilment of agreed organisation data management with HR
- Responsible for coordinating and controlling of the timely and accurate processing of all input documentation
- Responsible for managing and controlling of all the weekly and monthly checklists
- Support EBM Manager in the standardisation of delivery to the business and the service management framework
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12
- National Diploma in Human Resources Management / Commerce Degree / Administrative
- EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5-7 year’s Employee Benefits Management experience of which 2 years should be on supervisory role.
- Minimum of 5-7 year’s payroll administration experience
- Experienced in financial management
- KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Computer literate for role, including PAL
- Code 08 driver’s license
- Customer delivery and service
- Data analysis and reporting
