Minimum Requirements
Grade 12/Standard 10 (Essential/Minimum and/or)
N3 (Essential/Minimum)
Certificate in Project Management (Recommended/Desirable)
2-3 years of project administration experience or basic project management knowledge
Experience with SharePoint and document control (Essential/Minimum)
Proficiency in MS Office Relevant Package (Essential/Minimum)
Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)
Ability to manage project sites and update project site registers
Competence in financial governance and project cost tracking
Strong compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental policies


Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain project sites and update all project site registers regularly to ensure seamless project flow.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and providing general project management support to enhance project execution.
Capture, update, and maintain financial and other project-related data on the Enterprise Project Management System (EPMS) accurately.
Support project cost tracking and financial governance to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Provide accurate and timely document control, archiving, retrieval, and storage according to company standards and policies.
Implement customer-focused service delivery processes and gather customer feedback to enhance project management services.
Contribute to change management initiatives and collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) on data gathering and ad-hoc requests.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and adherence to quality service delivery standards within the project management framework.
