  • Maintain all administration processes for New Programme Development and Short Learning Programmes, such as ensuring via the administration process that new programme and professional body submissions are complete and available as per the stipulated deadlines, reviewing narratives and ensuring that the supporting evidence is correctly filed within the submission folders
  • Maintain all administration processes for New Module Development, such as ensuring new module guides are complete and available as per the stipulated deadlines via the administration process
  • Maintain all administration processes for Existing Programmes, such as accurately compiling and timeously implementing amendments to Curriculum Structures and Programme Information Sheets, supporting the department with the administration of module reviews (both internal and external), and ensuring module guides are of a high-quality standard via the processes of module guide review and module guide updating
  • Ensure via the administration process that applications for professional bodies are complete and available as per the stipulated deadlines
  • Source Independent Contractors for the Curriculum Department  projects
  • Source and manage Prescribed Textbooks for New Programme Development, New Module Development and Existing Programmes projects
  • Schedule, coordinate, and prepare accurate minutes for Departmental and Committee Meetings
  • Ensure accurate and systematic filing of all Curriculum Department documentation, including meeting minutes, and correspondence, to facilitate easy retrieval, compliance, and institutional memory.
