Consultant, Sales, Central North

Job Description

To provide a sales generation function for an existing portfolio as well as acquisition of new clients predominantly for Small Enterprise (SE) and Business Banking client segments. To actively promote the Merchant Acquiring value proposition to internal and external stakeholders resulting in new Merchant Acquiring opportunities and new clients.

Qualifications

Degree: Business Administration, and related field  (NQF: 7)

Additional Information

Experience Required:

  • 3-4 years experience in sales and related bank products specifically in card acquiring 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive leads from the SE teams (branch, Account Executives) and conducts a customer needs analysis in order to prepare a sales proposal for the customer. This will include standard pricing and submission to Merchant Acquiring Operations for KYC fulfilment.
  • Actively promote Merchant Acquiring products and services to relevant SE stakeholders (branch, OEM’s etc.).
  • Actively search for opportunities to enhance the revenue generation opportunities within existing customer base.
  • Prepare any relevant monthly reporting and Management Information (MI) as input to line management reporting.
  • Adhere to all legislative compliance requirements i.e. Protection of Personal Information (POPI) and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)

Job Description

To manage the Fleet Management product portfolio and product performance by ensuring that the product portfolio remains competitive and up to date within the fleet management market. Additionally, to lead the development and management of software products and strategic partnerships, driving growth through innovative software solutions and strategic alliances.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Commerce or related Degree

Additional Information

Experience:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in sales in a financial services environment particularly VAF and/or Fleet.
  • Experience in a customer facing role. Management of key accounts and growth of an existing portfolio by selling banks products and services.
  • Understanding complex situations and providing deal making solutions.

  • Develop new products and ensure they meet the requirements of Fleet Management customers, providing a competitive edge.
  • Identify new concepts/ideas that could lead to new products adding value to customers, driving customer retention strategies.

Consultant, Mobile, VAF

  • 2-3 Years + experience in Vehicle Asset Financing services and bank related products. 
  • Receive leads from the SE teams (branch, Account Executives) and conducts a customer needs analysis in order to prepare a sales proposal for the customer. This will include standard pricing and submission to Fleet Operations for KYC fulfilment (existing bank customers, but new to Fleet).
  • Drive profitability and increase income through active upsell of Fleet’s products and services.
  • Actively search for opportunities to enhance the revenue generation opportunities within existing customer base.
  • Ensure adherence to all FICA and AML requirements at account origination stage.
  • Interpret customer data and prepares recommendations relating to Fleet products and services and pass on appropriate leads where possible.
