Provincial Coordinator
The HWSETA is seeking to appoint a Provincial Coordinator to coordinate and consolidate requirements of the Provincial Offices noting trends and challenges, and facilitate, support and guide access to core divisions, corporate services, human recourse requirements, IT, corporate support, to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the provinces. Co-ordinate requisitions and travel expense claims from the provinces to head office.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience: 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities area:
- Coordinate internal business process, compliance and reporting.
- Coordinate effective stakeholder relations.
- Plan, organise and schedule meetings requiring representation of executives and provincial managers.
- Identify risk mitigation interventions.
- Quality Management.
- Responsible for the coordination of ad hoc projects.
- Meeting service delivery charter standards.

Provincial Receptionist
The HWSETA is seeking to appoint a Provincial Receptionist to Provide Administrative assistance in the Provincial Office. Assist coordinate customer care with external stakeholders.
Education Requirements: National Diploma in Office Administration/Technology, Business Administration or Public Management or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: 2-3 years work experience at Reception and related field.
Key Responsibilities Areas:
1. Perform delegated Education Training Quality Assurance functions.
- Provide administrative support on the accreditation, re- accreditation, extension of scope, secondary accreditation, and satellite campus approval process.
- Perform checks on all accreditation, re-accreditation, extension of scope, secondary accreditation and satellite campus approval process.
- Provide administrative support on the Assessor and Moderator registration process.
- Provide administative support on the verification process.
- Provide administrative support to stakeholders for learner achievement process.
- Support the trainibg implementation process.
- Support the training site approval process.
- Support training implementation process.
- Provide admin support on SDP Monitoring process.
- Provide required administration, logistical, filling and record-keeping.
2. Perform delegated Research Information Monitoring and Evaluation functions.
- Provide support to the RIME activities.
3. Perform delegated Skills Development planning functions.
- Provide admin support and evaluate the T-no. application process and Eol application process
- Provide admin support in coordinate and organize where applicable, the following: SDF registration process, WSP&ART workshops and submission process, Discretionary grant/EOI workshops and application.
- Support the project implementation process for all projects.
- Keep records of the register of the documents submitted on the provincial central email.
4. Perform delegated Corporate Service and Administrative functions.
- Implement and adhere to organisational policies and procedures.
- Perform required electronic, physical filling and record keeping.
- Perform planning and reporting activities.
- Adhere to travel and substance requirements.
- Perform required Marketing activities.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on ERP utilisation.
- Assist and support delegated administrative function.
5. Perform functions related to building and maintaining Stakeholder Relations.
- Support and maintain of stakeholder relations.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through enquiry and problem-solving.
6. Meeting service delivery charter standards
Salary Range
- Telephone Enquiries -24 hours
- Respond to Written Correspondence (Mail, E-mail, and Fax)- 48 hours.
- Acknowlgement of receipt for any documentation submitted- 48 hours.

Specialist
The purpose of the job: To plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate strategic monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment activities within the strategic monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment sub-division in order to ensure that the outcome and impact indicators in the Strategic Plan of the HWSETA are measured
Educational requirement: Matric, master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation (NQF9) or master’s degree in social sciences (NQF9), plus Post-Graduate Diploma in M&E (NQF8). Driver’s license, Preferably registered with SA Monitoring & Evaluation Association or any other relevant association.
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years Research Experience of which 2 must be in Evaluation and Impact Assessment. A track record of good quality research.
Key occupational descriptors: Perform first level management duties; Contribute towards divisional planning; Lead impact evaluation’s planning and coordination of operational activities in-house and or commissioned externally; Develop and review the impact analysis framework and toolkit, processes, policies, procedures and guidelines; Design and Conduct impact analysis studies of HWSETA projects and programmes; Coordinate and analyse organization-wide impact assessments against predetermined objectives and other organizational standards using data analysis and interpretation; Adheres to quality assurance practices, policies, and procedures within the RIME sub- division; Coordinate and facilitate knowledge building and knowledge sharing of evaluation evidence across the organization through various forms of reporting; Ensure usage of impact evidence and feedback mechanisms within HWSETA as an organization and
Stakeholder engagement for dissemination and representation.
Key results areas: Management of Evaluation and Impact Assessment Sub-Unit; Plan, organise, manage and monitor the activities of the Evaluation and Impact Assessment sub-unit to ensure that it achieves its targets; Ensure to the systematic and methodological monitoring of strategic outputs contained in the APP; Ensure to the systematic and methodological evaluation of strategic outcomes contained in the Strategic Plan; Ensure to the systematic and methodological impact assessment of strategic long-term outcomes contained in the Strategic Plan; Ensure usage of strategic monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment evidence and feedback mechanisms; Stakeholder engagement for dissemination and representation and Human Resource Management, Finance, Risk Management.
Cost to Company: R906 586.00 p/a
