Our successful Surveillance Managers …
· manage and oversee the smooth and effective operation of the Surveillance
department, strictly in accordance with company policies and procedures and
Gambling Board regulations
·ensure that the Surveillance department identifies rule breaking in tables games,
slots gaming machines, cash desk and count rooms, and take prompt corrective
action
·ensure through preventative maintenance that Surveillance system downtime is
kept to an absolute minimum
·keep accurate and up-to-date Surveillance records and reports
· manage Surveillance department expenditure in line with budget
·identify criminal trends and take the necessary corrective action
·build a competent and motivated Surveillance team through confident and caring
leadership.
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), at least seven years
casino experience in similar role and PSIRA Grade B. A relevant degree or diploma
will be an advantage.
