We are looking for a Learning Advisory Consultant (LAC) who is passionate about helping our client strengthen its educational programs through robust plans for partner learning. Chosen LACs will work closely with Latin America partners to build partner teams and skills.
Job description
LACs are responsible for analyzing, developing and overseeing the execution of plans for learning in support of business objectives. They develop a deep understanding of the needs of
the partner organizations and identify gaps vis-a-vis existing training and enablement programs, working across the ecosystem to oversee development and execution of programs to bridge the
goals and measure success of the same for constant improvement. Strategic thinkers who can establish & execute detailed plans in support of achieving the organizational goals will succeed in this role.
Skills and qualifications
15+ years relevant experience in technology delivery management
3+ years in managing cloud adoption projects
Experience with conducting skills assessment and building role specific learning plans to drive to drive adoption of new technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a smart, assertive personality
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while working from vision through execution
EST business hours.

Expected tasks and responsibilities
Build custom partner learning plans – including but not limited to needs analysis, audience analysis, learning paths & certifications, etc.
Propose and secure buy-in from all stakeholders for the plans
Manage the execution of the plan & monitor results to drive data driven decisions around changes and evolution of the plans
Liaise with the partner organizations as needed to drive adoption and monitor performance of the plans
Make recommendations for improvement and present to partners and internal stakeholders

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team and lead the establishment of our SRE practice. This individual will play a key role in shaping our day 2 operations with a focus on automating issue remediation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in troubleshooting cloud deployments, Kubernetes/OpenShift environments, and Google APIGEE, along with expertise in automation tooling and platform monitoring.
