SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong Administration Skills,
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication skills (Written and Verbal),
  • Excellent Customer Service, Ability to meet deadlines, Time Management, Excellent Organizing Skills,
  • Organize orderly workflow
  • Organizational Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Candidates needs to be able to follow instructions to the detail and must be able to execute tasks with ease and organization

GENERAL DUTIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

  • General Office admin
  • General Filing and Organizing, Archiving
  • Answering calls and call routing, Management of company telephone system.
  • Co-ordinating of monthly logistical reports & expenses
  • Management and purchasing of Office Refreshments and cleaning materials
  • Management & purchasing of office stationary
  • Preparation of Staff attendance registers
  • Processing of transactional documents into Document management system.
